There is a family service on the last Sunday of the. Worship here is at 11.30 am on every second Sunday, alternating with Kilchattan Church on Luing. Seil also boasts a 9-hole golf course and a popular yacht anchorage at Phuilladobhrain, Balvicar on the island's east coast. Kilbrandon Church is situated on the B8003 Cuan Road on Seil, approximately one mile south of Balvicar Stores, and warmly welcomes families and people of all ages from all walks of life and faith. The village's main attractions are the gardens of An Cala with its glorious azaleas and Japanese flowering cherries in early summer and the Scottish Slate Islands' Heritage Centre which is housed in one of the little white cottages.
